User Provided Data

The Application obtains the data Users provide when they download the Application and register with any mobile-application marketplace or network from which the Application is obtained.

The Application may collect certain data automatically, including, but not limited to: the type of mobile device used, unique device ID, IP address, operating system (OS) major, OS minor, hardware settings, mobile Internet browser type and settings, installation/uninstallation time stamp and boot-up time stamp and information about the way Users use the Application.

Any use of Cookies or other tracking tools by this Application or by the owners of third-party services used by this Application, unless otherwise stated, serves to identify Users and their preferences for the purpose of providing the service required by the User.

The Company may also use the data collected to contact Users from time to time to provide them with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.

Collection of Precise Real-Time Location Data

 

This Application does not collect precise information about the location of Users’ mobile devices.

• to advertisers and third-party advertising networks and analytics companies as described in the section below.

Automatic Data Collection and Advertising

 

The Company may work with analytics companies to understand how the Application is being used, such as the frequency and duration of usage. The Company works with advertisers and third-party advertising networks (such as Admob Google Inc.), who collect cookies and usage data to understand how Users interact with advertising provided in the Application.

Opt-out Rights

 

Users can stop all collection of data by the Application by uninstalling the Application. Users may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of the User’s mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

The Company will retain Automatically Collected Data for as long as the User uses the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. The Company may store the information in aggregated format. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Application to function properly.
